A .pdf file can be "read aloud" using the Adobe Acrobat Reader...
How?


If you find a pdf. document online that you want to use / read, first you
will need to save it to your computer (My Documents, Desktop, etc.).
Then OPEN the pdf.
From the toolbar at the top of the page select: VIEW----> then scroll down to
select---> READ OUT LOUD----> ACTIVATE READ OUT LOUD.


The Adobe program will read the page aloud to you...and NO fancy text reader software program needed!
